Apnosh provides marketing services for small businesses. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees.
Our pricing is listed on our website. That's what you pay. We don't add surprise charges. If we ever change pricing, it won't affect your current billing cycle.
We create designs, content, ads, and other materials as part of our services. We own the work product until it's fully paid for. Once payment is complete, you own the deliverables we made for your business.

Delays in getting us what we need may slow down your project timeline.
Marketing involves many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes like search rankings, follower counts, sales numbers, or ad performance. We will always do our best work, but results depend on your market, competition, and many other variables.
Apnosh is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that come from using our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for any losses caused by downtime, third-party platform changes, or things outside our reasonable control.
We work with platforms like Google, Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and others. These platforms have their own terms and can change their rules at any time. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make that affect your campaigns or accounts.
You can cancel your plan at any time. When you cancel, your services continue through the end of your current billing period. We don't do refunds for partial months.
You agree not to use our services for anything illegal, misleading, or harmful. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a project goes against our values.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
